Group Physical Security Associate Director

Unique opportunity to lead the Group’s operational strategy for Physical Security, leveraging their knowledge to protect our people and secure assets. Leading a team of experts in specialist Physical Security topics, you will provide the Group with the necessary framework, tools, and support structure to manage our risks.
CONTEXT
This key role will liaise globally with all our Maisons and Entities to support and lead Physical Security strategy and operations, tactical delivery and risk management. You will ensure a suitable and sufficient framework for risk management and support its proper implementation.
This role has a global remit, and you will be responsible for overseeing and collaborating with the manufacturing entities to support them in establishing and maintaining their physical security arrangements and supporting them on various projects and tasks.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
You will globally be leading below topics :
- Loss Management.
- Entities organisation review – when delegated by the Group PS HSE Director.
- Best practice sharing.
- Events & transports.
- Group-led strategic events (i.e., Watches & Wonders, RGMC, HomoFaber etc.).
- Store planning design.
- Real Estate projects, regarding technology and construction (i.e., video, intrusion detection, access control etc.) and construction (i.e., façade glass, frame, doors, wall resilience, layout etc.) such as risk assessment, ensuring future-proofed technology and constructive arrangements, local regulations, authority approvals etc…).
- Manufacturing projects and operations: guide Manufacturers to implement processes.
Additionally, you will be leading a team of 3 experts, and engage the Physical Security Community to ensure excellent communication and practice sharing.
As part of the wider Group PS HSE assurance testing program, you will Visit a selection of high-risk and/or value sites to ensure compliance and risk mitigation and put in place corrective actions – which will require more or less 25% travelling.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
You have over 10 years of experience in Physical Security Operations with experience with PS Leadership and Operational Excellence
You have an excellent track record in leading a Team.
You can write reports, manuals, speeches, and articles using a distinctive style in both French and English.
You are an excellent negotiator, you can be persuasive and at ease with interaction at any level (e.g. employees, top management, and other stakeholder groups)
