Personal Assistant (Property Development & Construction) [South Africa]


 

The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing an efficient and personalized secretarial and administrative support function to the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Management Team at our Head Office in Westmead, Durban.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant Tertiary qualification
  • 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Good working knowledge of the property development and construction industry
  • Computer literate - intermediate (MS Office)
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • High energy levels
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Own vehicle (is required to chauffer the CEO when required)
