This position is located in the Office of Children, Youth and Families, Bureau of Policy, Programs and Operations, Division of Operations, Quality Assurance Administrative Support Unit (QAASU). You will be responsible for performing data entry, reviewing, analyzing, and maintaining child abuse/neglect referral outcomes into a statewide data base and issuing notification letters to subjects of the report. You will be performing quality assurance reviews of child abuse or neglect reports and reconciling information on the report to determine if the information is accurate and complete.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment.- Work hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up 3 days a week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (commonwealth title); or
- One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
