Responsibilities:
  • Support the Product Management function as the point of contact and coordinates the information flow to and from Operations.
  • Create a friendly and respectful dialogue with customer via phone or email as required
  • Generate end to end weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to relevant parties.
  • Supporting of product management team on the daily administrative requirements.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • DSE or above with 1 years' experience in sales or administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office esp. Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is essential
  • Team player in multicultural environment with strong communication, listening and organizational skills
  • Highly committed, motivated, energized and forthcoming, and has clear eye for detail
  • Highly organized and flexible with good time management. Ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines
  • To be initiative driven, flexible and able to work under pressure
